Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global construction procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive cost optimization, improve supply chain efficiency, and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive construction category sourcing strategies to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Dive into data analysis to inform procurement decisions, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • BUILD effective internal and external partnerships to foster collaboration and drive results-oriented working environments.
  • Negotiate and manage framework agreements with suppliers to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives aligned with our climate pledge.
A Day in the Life
  • Oversee procurement processes including prequalification, onboarding, tender management, evaluations, contract negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • Drive the procurement of innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective construction services to support our operations teams and customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project delivery and internal central teams from design and construction, real estate, legal, and senior leadership of external supply chain partners.

This role requires a deep understanding of construction industry contracts and procurement processes, as well as experience negotiating large-scale construction contracts.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives.
