**Job Description:**

The Procurement Strategist will drive cost optimization, manage key suppliers and risks, and enable efficient sourcing of goods and services. This role requires a strong understanding of category management and state-of-the-art source-to-contract procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyse business plans and company spending to recommend cost optimizations
  • Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders for cost optimisation and improvements
  • Develop and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with global procurement policy

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a procurement role
  • Degree qualified within a relevant discipline would be highly regarded
  • Experience in project and process management
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
  • Proven stakeholder management, relationship building skills and excellent communication & negotiation skills
