As a key member of our Core Manufacturing Crew, you will be responsible for defining and executing our pricing strategy, vision, and roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead a team of Product Owners to develop and optimize pricing solutions, streamline processes, and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and prioritize the squad backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact the squad's performance and compliance outcomes.
- Proven experience in retail banking and home loans pricing and credit risk modelling.
- Advanced commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience with Agile methodology and working within an Agile Matrix.
