Role Overview

This AO5 Finance Business Partner role reports into the Principal Finance Business Partner, assisting in providing high-level professional and strategic advice to divisions and senior managers regarding financial and performance reporting, budget management, and costing.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and performance evaluation of key business units, offering insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Lead the development of budgets and forecasts for assigned business units, collaborating with stakeholders to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans and strategies, supporting the achievement of targets and cost efficiencies.
  • Assist in providing independent analytical reviews, forecasts, and advice regarding budgetary and financial issues and needs.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong background in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA.
