Senior Account Executive - Education

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team, leading innovation and growth within the Higher Education and University sectors across Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to combine commercial acumen with social impact, helping shape the future of education across the country. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the full sales cycle, crafting strategic account plans, engaging deeply with education leaders, and delivering Salesforce solutions that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting higher education institutions Australia-wide.
  2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the education landscape, including regulatory changes, government initiatives, and procurement cycles at both state and federal levels.
  3. Position our Education Cloud solutions to meet the unique needs of universities and other learning institutions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities across your assigned region.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a strategic, customer-centric sales approach.
  6. Co-develop and execute detailed account plans for larger, complex accounts within your portfolio.
  7. Maintain accurate and strategic account data in CRM systems, ensuring it reflects account status and sales opportunities.
  8. Cultivate and expand relationships with K-12 and Higher Education customers by understanding their challenges and positioning Salesforce solutions effectively.
