Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving revenue and expense budgets.
You will manage client accounts end-to-end, support the Managing Principal, and mentor junior colleagues, including Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives.

Proactively manage all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met.
Implement effective account retention and defense strategies.
Maintain awareness of large and complex claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
Stay informed about major classes of General insurance and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and knowledge of new developments.
What you need to have:5+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of large commercial and corporate accounts.
Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills, delivering technical, administrative, and consulting support.
