We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in our distribution centre, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of associates in our distribution centre
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of our logistics processes
- Continuously improve the throughput and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
- Review and assist on analysis of data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
- Research and review on formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
- Safeguard your team's safety while at work
- Uphold Amazon's high standards of quality
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
About the Team
As an Area Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other Area Managers, support staff, and learning everything you need to know about how Amazon Operations works.
