We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Area Manager to join our team at Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and driving process improvements in our delivery stations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of associates and provide guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of customer orders.
- Continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes and ensure customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree.
- People-focused with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Loves to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses leadership qualities and a passion for driving business growth.
