Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our culinary team as Cooks, Chef de Parties, or Kitchenhands.

The successful applicants will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills at some of the most exciting events and venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently meeting presentation and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS, and HACCP requirements.
  • Assist with daily food preparation, stock rotation, and equipment upkeep.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to required standard.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in line with WHS and HACCP standards.
  • Availability to work flexible event hours, both AM and PM shifts available.
