We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Melbourne.

Job DescriptionData Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Analyzing internal and external data sources is key for developing strategic recommendations and plans with stakeholder teams.
  • Using Looker and MixPanel to analyze website traffic and user behavior, understanding engagement and conversion.
  • Preparing reports on key business metrics and KPIs for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for business performance optimization.
  • Supporting data analysis, modeling, and dashboarding efforts by learning and using internal data platforms like Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years in marketing analytics, digital strategy, or marketing strategy.
  • Data analysis experience in marketing, paid media, product, or customer data.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective storytelling and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Desired Technical Skills
  • SQL programming.
  • Web analytics – Looker, MixPanel.
  • Data visualization – Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Experience using AI for analytics.
  • Statistics – Regression, Factor Analysis, PCA.
