Role Summary

The Customer Care Coordinator role is a customer-facing position that requires delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. The coordinator will work closely with audiologists to schedule appointments, assist customers with hearing devices, and resolve any concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations
  • Assisting customers with navigating our range of hearing devices and accessories
  • Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Local marketing engagement to promote the clinic's services
  • Minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or allied health
  • Strong computer literacy skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proven track record in managing competing priorities in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and strong administration background
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work autonomously
