Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Care Representative.

This role provides general support and leave cover for our busy hearing clinics, offering an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

As a key member of our business, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and help them manage their hearing health.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is optimal.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients with precision.
  • Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Handling phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing for our clients.
  • Learning and utilizing various software and applications to enhance client services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Focus on results and achieving the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
