About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for someone who can provide general support and cover for our busy clinics in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive optimal outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and manage client experiences for best possible outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Support our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists) with administrative tasks
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and processing payments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
