Road Infrastructure Management Expert

This senior role requires strong project management capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the delivery of infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation projects.
- Act as the Principal's Representative on construction contracts and oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
- Provide high-level technical and engineering advice to ensure project success, value for money, and adherence to standards.
- Monitor progress reporting, financial forecasting, and quality assurance.
You are a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with significant experience managing road infrastructure projects, from design through to delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of road infrastructure projects, particularly in urban and high-speed road environments.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and tender evaluation.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
- A four-year Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent recognised by Engineers Australia).
- RPEQ registration (or eligible and committed to obtaining it).
- Current Class C driver's licence.
- White Card (Construction Industry Induction).
- Provision of suitable PPE.
- Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
