Role Overview

As a Homecare Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized assistance to elderly individuals in our community, enabling them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives through tailored care. You will engage with clients in their home settings, providing a valuable opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with regular clients. Collaborating closely with the at-home care team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique requirements. These may encompass:

  • Personal assistance (dressing, transfers, and hygiene support)
  • Transportation services for appointments
  • Utilization of aids and personal equipment
