Role Overview
As a Homecare Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver individualized support to senior members of our community, enabling them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives through personalized care. You will assist clients within their home settings, providing an excellent opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships with regular clients. Collaborating closely with the at-home care team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique requirements. These may encompass:
- Assistance with personal care tasks (such as dressing, drying, and transfers)
- Transportation services to various appointments
