We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife to join our maternity services team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a multi-faceted tertiary referral and teaching hospital, offering comprehensive women's health services.

As a Registered Midwife, you will have the chance to work across various maternity services including Antenatal Outpatients, Birth Unit, Postnatal Ward and Midwifery in the home.

Our team provides person-centered and compassionate care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care within designated units
  • Clinical supervision at the point of care, following Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a Registered Midwife with the relevant governing body
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with patients/clients and provide excellent service
  • Experience working in women's health or midwifery settings (minimum 1 year postgraduate)
