Support Healthcare Teams as a Hospital Assistant

The Hospital Assistant will play a vital role in providing support to the nursing team in non-clinical care of patients. This includes patient lifting and transportation, supporting emergency response teams, and assisting with cleaning and waste duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the nursing team in non-clinical care of patients
  • Assist with patient lifting and transportation

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position in a health care facility
  • Competency in reading and writing English to enable required duties to be performed safely and to acceptable levels
  • Ability to push or pull mobile waste bins, patient beds, and trolleys frequently
