Business Transformation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in driving business transformation initiatives. As a Change and Business Readiness Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business readiness strategies to support major transformations.
Key responsibilities include working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, liaising with various teams to ensure effective communication, providing coaching and training to staff members, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in change management and business readiness, excellent communication and project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 24-month fixed term contract position offering a competitive salary range between $127,641 - $136,204, plus superannuation benefits.
