This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Service and Warranty Coordinator.

As a key member of our Service and Warranty team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by coordinating inspections, scheduling trades, and ensuring seamless administrative support.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure our new homeowners enjoy a smooth and positive post-build experience.
  • Coordinate calendars for our Serviceteam, organizing appointments, trades, and optimising utilisation of our serviceperson's time.
  • Issue and maintain service reports, order materials, and process returned onsite paperwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete various administrative tasks efficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
