Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Sustain Recruit. As an Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks related to member insurance, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all administrative tasks related to life insurance and other related products.
- Handle additional administrative tasks such as salary adjustments, updates to member details, and termination of employment processes.
- Respond to member and employer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, testing, and systems assurance checks as required.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the superannuation or insurance industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt to varying situations and take on different tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RG146 Superannuation certification is highly desirable.
- Other relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
