About the Position

This role provides field-based HSE coordination and oversight for a number of contracts executing work on Civils & Underground and Electrical room tie-ins to the LNG Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Health & Safety (H&S) initiatives, support and coaching to the project team
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections and assurance verifications to ensure contractor compliance with HSE management systems
  • Investigate and report incidents related to J-IC projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or Environmental Science
  • 5+ years H&S experience collaborating with contractors
  • Proven leadership skills in implementing a project safety culture

Working Environment:

The role requires working in an operational LNG Plant environment with construction activities, heavy / critical lifting, HV electrical and commissioning operations.
