Visionary System Upgrade Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project IPT Lead to spearhead the technical delivery of sophisticated system upgrades. The successful candidate will provide oversight of both technical personnel and integrated logistic support activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership roles, managing complex system integration projects. They will possess proven analytical skills, with the ability to solve difficult problems involving multiple variables across various functions and specialties.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in external customer and vendor relationships.
- Lead the technical planning and implementation of major system upgrades.
- Direct the development and implementation of security accreditation artifacts.
- Guide complex system integration activities.
- Oversee verification testing and transition planning.
- Experience with air traffic control systems or defence communication systems.
- Knowledge of voice communication systems and integration architectures.
