Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician to join our Melbourne Eastern Suburbs team. As a specialist Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and fully testing the operation of Fisher & Paykel appliances to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently. They will also be familiar with service manuals and training sessions, and be able to complete paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of Fisher & Paykel appliances.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media and service manuals.
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

  • Desirable experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
  • Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances), preferred but not essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair.
  • Strong communication and technological skills.
