As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, mentoring and training our veterinary staff, and driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and make informed decisions in emergency and critical care situations
  • Develop and implement training programs for veterinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the nursing and practice management teams to ensure seamless patient care and staff support
  • Contribute to business growth and development through strategic planning and implementation
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Current veterinary registration and requisite qualifications
  • Proven experience in emergency and critical care, with a strong track record of providing exceptional patient care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive and can-do attitude
