About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing hospital systems, recruiting and onboarding team members, and coordinating day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hospital systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations, including financial management and payroll
  • Monitor and analyze management reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead change initiatives and improve operational management systems and processes
  • Prioritize delivering high-quality service to clients and referring veterinarians, while ensuring the welfare of patients and team members
About You

We are looking for a proven leader with a flexible and collaborative approach to their work. You will have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and fostering an engaging environment, with strong financial acumen and customer service orientation.
