Key Performance Indicators
  • Asset Management System Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organisation's Asset Management System in alignment with ISO 55001 and other industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Establish and maintain the Asset Regulatory and Compliance System to ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Engineering Governance: Act as the organisation's Engineering Authority, responsible for the governance of design, maintenance, and construction standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure the integration of data-driven decision-making tools and technologies into asset planning and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading and implementing asset management systems and standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset, deep understanding of lifecycle asset management principles, expertise in risk management and performance monitoring.
