Chief Asset Strategist

This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned asset management professional to lead the development and execution of the company's asset strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Leadership and Strategy
  • Drive the implementation of asset management systems and standards, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to the Asset Management team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Asset Management
  • Develop and maintain the organisation's Asset Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 55001 and other industry standards.
  • Act as the organisations Engineering Authority, responsible for the governance of design, maintenance, and construction standards.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of asset data and performance metrics.
• Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining robust reporting and audit processes.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for regulators, fostering transparent communication.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and implement industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies to enhance asset performance.
  • Drive initiatives that improve lifecycle cost management, asset reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to represent the company's interests.
