Back of House Manager | Chermside
We're on the hunt for a Back of House Manager to join the team at Glue Store Chermside.
If you're highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in the fast-paced world of retail operations — this is your opportunity to step up and take ownership of what keeps the store running behind the scenes.
**About the Role**:
As the Back of House Manager, you'll be the go-to for all things stock. From managing deliveries and inventory to keeping the floor replenished and ready to go — you'll make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and retail team to support a seamless customer experience, while leading the back of house operations with precision and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all stockroom operations — from deliveries to replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and lead regular stock takes
- Collaborate with store leadership on stock allocation and placement
- Train and support the back of house team
- Ensure all processes meet health, safety, and company standards
- Drive efficiency and stock integrity behind the scenes

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in stockroom, warehouse, or retail operations
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed
- A calm, focused approach in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for retail and the role operations play in the customer journey
