Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented coordinator to support families through their journey of loss in pet aftercare.

About the Role: As a key point of contact, you will ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for families and veterinary clinics through every step of the pet aftercare process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic customer service across various channels
  • Coordinate pet viewings and ash collections with professionalism
  • Prepare pets and viewing rooms to high standards
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage client payments and schedules
  • Accurately process data and maintain records
  • Assist with reporting, logistics, and hygiene standards
  • Support induction of new clinics and assist with client follow-ups

  • Emotionally intelligent and compassionate individual
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physically capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for extended periods
  • Q Fever vaccinated or willing to obtain
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
