The role of the Core Rider team sits within our company's Mobility Consumer Growth team, owning Rider Experience. The team manages the investment budget and CRM operations to improve rider experience and build a cohesive strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Rider Experience for ANZ: monitor key experience metrics, create recommendations based on analytical insights, and execute to solve user problems.
  • Manage and Optimise Investment: own weekly investment tracking, optimising the process to improve insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee CRM Operations: be the control tower for all CRM being sent to Riders in ANZ, identify improvements and optimise processes to protect and enhance rider experience, and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience applying analytics to tackle business problems.
  • Problem solving: naturally curious and motivated by solving problems, with ability to break down ambiguous problems using structure and data-driven insights.
  • Initiative and ownership: manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy in an ever-changing environment, with demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
  • Communication skills: effectively communicate complicated insights and arguments both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaboration: work well with other people and handle engagement with multiple partners from different teams, locally and internationally.
