Are you a motivated and engaging individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Facilitator to join our team, delivering training and providing advice to individuals aged 45 and over who are building confidence and developing skills to support their return to work.
Job DescriptionThis role is part of the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program, which aims to help individuals achieve employment outcomes in the local employment market. The position is flexible and can be based in various locations across Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow, and the Central West, with regular travel required.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the local labour market and understanding of successful job-search strategies. They will also have experience delivering adult training, adapting methods to meet participant needs, and possess proficient IT and administrative skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups empathetically, motivating and encouraging participants.
- Experience delivering adult training, adapting methods to meet participant needs.
- Strong knowledge of the local labour market and understanding of successful job-search strategies.
- Proficient IT and administrative skills.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude to help participants achieve employment outcomes.
- Proven track record in achieving results, KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service.
