Career Transition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Facilitator to join our team.
You will work within the Career Transition Assistance program, helping individuals aged 45 and over to build confidence, develop skills, and support their return to work.
You will deliver training, provide advice, and assist them in becoming more competitive in the local employment market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and engage with diverse groups empathetically, motivating and encouraging participants.
- Demonstrate experience delivering adult training, adapting methods to meet participant needs.
- Show strong knowledge of the local labour market and understanding of successful job-search strategies.
- Be proficient in IT and administrative skills.
- Show enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude to help participants achieve employment outcomes.
- Possess a proven track record in achieving results, KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Have knowledge of the Employment Services industry (desirable).
