Description:We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Career Transition Specialist to join our team. As a Career Transition Specialist, you will work with individuals aged 45 and over to help them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve employment outcomes.
This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering training and providing advice to support the return to work of marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training programs that cater to diverse groups and meet individual needs.
- Provide guidance and support to participants in achieving their employment goals.
- Maintain knowledge of the local labor market and stay updated on successful job-search strategies.
- Utilize IT and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.
- Promote a positive attitude and enthusiasm to motivate participants and drive results.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving results and delivering exceptional customer service.
