Career Transition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Career Transition Assistant to support individuals in building confidence, developing skills, and navigating the return-to-work process.
This role involves delivering training, providing guidance, and assisting participants in enhancing their employability within the local job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to meet the needs of participants;
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support career development and job readiness;
- Assist participants in creating effective job search strategies and improving their employability;
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and outcomes;
- Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field;
- Proven experience in training, facilitation, or counseling;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals;
- Familiarity with local employment trends and job market requirements.
