About our organization
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying and engaging new prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Find and qualify new leads, build a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach
- Engage with clinics in the pipeline to generate new business opportunities
- Email and follow up with prospects (doctors, clinicians, and potential partners)
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to develop strategies for market expansion
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM
- Verify new doctors and clinics from patient-led orders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to earn commission-based rewards
We seek an ambitious and outgoing individual who enjoys proactive outreach to potential clients.
A strong communicator with confidence in engaging healthcare professionals is essential.
A background in Life Sciences or healthcare is beneficial but not required.
