Stock Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Stock Administrator to work in a fast-paced stock management environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a large transactional volume and strong understanding of all functional aspects of stock management. A strong communicator with great relationship-building skills and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential.

The Role:
  • Verify and enter all stock receipts onto CODAS systems.
  • Confirm delivered quantities for the previous day's deliveries.
  • Verify and enter 3rd party/misc. stock receipts onto CODAS systems
  • Process any stock adjustments onto CODAS systems
  • Reconcile daily bulk stocks & investigate any discrepancies
  • Balance the miscellaneous stock reconciliation
  • Review and develop processes for continuous improvement and ensure sufficient controls are always in place.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a large transactional volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of all functional aspects of stock management.
  • Strong communicator with great relationship-building skills.
  • IT skills - Strong Excel/ERP skills
