We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and delivering technical training programs for apprentices in the electrical, mechanical, and fabrication disciplines.
The successful candidate will have trade qualifications and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. A minimum of 5 years' trade experience and demonstrated knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training Sector are also essential.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver technical training programs for apprentices.
- Lead a small team of trainers and coach them in course material development and schedule planning.
- Maintain competency records via corporate processes.
- Work closely with Trade Managers to identify, target, and prioritize training needs.
- Budgetary management of consumables and resources for the electrical trade discipline.
- Ensure accurate data entry for all apprentice competencies into corporate systems.
- Trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or fabrication discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Minimum 5 years' trade experience.
