Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to lead our Conference and Events department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a small sales team, and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Manage a small sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for incremental growth and upselling
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless event execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or leadership role, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
