Medical Device Service Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Professional to fill the role of Medical Device Service Specialist.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and innovation. As a Medical Device Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers with remote and phone support, diagnosis, testing, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Perform onsite repairs, diagnostics, and installations of high-end medical devices and software
- Upgrade software and apply patches as necessary
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with other vendors to resolve complex issues
You'll be responsible for maintaining service tools, equipment, and accurate records of field service administration and reporting.
Requirements:- Formal qualifications in an electronic, engineering, or IT field
- Experience in servicing precision equipment or IT support, preferably in the medical device field
- Strong IT knowledge, including PC-supported instrument diagnostics and networking skills
- Familiarity with DICOM standard, SQL, and PACS is desirable
