Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of equipment and resources at our customer sites, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Adhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for our company and our customers.
  • Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Extensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs.
  • Experience in both preventative and breakdown maintenance.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach.
  • High level of computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
