Working at CQUniversity

Ready to lead the way in creating a safe, vibrant, and well-maintained campus environment?

CQUniversity is seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise a small team, and help deliver minor facilities projects at one of our campuses. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working across a broad range of physical tasks, and has the leadership skills to support others in doing the same.

With a strong focus on communication and collaboration, you'll set priorities, delegate tasks and lead by example to foster a positive and productive team culture.

This is a physically active role that involves grounds work, minor building maintenance and outdoor tasks in all weather conditions. You'll need to be adaptable, proactive and capable of managing competing demands while staying focused on safety, service and results.

If you're ready to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic and community-focused university setting, we'd love to hear from you.
