Employment Opportunity:

We seek a part-time Payroll Coordinator to join our organization on a 6-month contract. This role allows for flexible work arrangements, including entirely remote work, office-based work or a hybrid approach as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Data processing and entry
  • Processing of timesheets and expenses

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in data entry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

While specific systems experience is not necessary, familiarity with Astute would be beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to quickly learn new tasks are essential.

Work Schedule:

This position requires 24 hours of work per week, with flexible days and hours. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time effectively and work autonomously.
