Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to drive operational performance across systems, processes, equipment, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in reliability engineering and project management, with the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement reliability improvement initiatives, including small-to-medium capital and non-capital projects.
  • Develop and optimize maintenance and reliability strategies and practices using SAP and GE Asset Performance Management (APM) systems.
  • Address equipment issues with effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Oversee capital investment projects and manage change processes, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with other project leaders to enhance project delivery.
  • Evaluate processes and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in reliability engineering.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, showcasing the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
  • Adept at CAD or AutoCAD software to support design and engineering processes.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and data interpretation.
