Deliver high-quality in-home support services to our valued aged care customers, empowering them to live independently and maintain their dignity:

  • As a Support Worker, you will provide Personal Support Services to our customers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • We offer Permanent Part-Time contracts with a competitive hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super.
  • You will receive a Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients.
  • Our Support Workers are based in Glen Innes NSW and surrounding suburbs, including Emmaville, Deepwater, Wellingrove & surrounds.

Key Requirements:

  • You must hold a Current Australian Driver's License and own a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19 is a requirement.
  • You will need to be flexible to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support is essential.

Your New Role:

  • Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and help at mealtime & medication prompting.
  • Help at Home: Provide support with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
  • Transport: Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Client Awareness: Engage in social interaction, client observations, and ongoing training & support.
