About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Employee and Domestic Assistant to join our team in Glen Innes. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in home care and domestic support.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent, or currently studying in the field.
  • Essential skills: effective communication, empathy, ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle, and physical fitness.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
