About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Education Officer to join our team at RFBI Glen Innes Masonic Village. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the education of all staff within the village and ensuring the quality cycle is met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the continuous quality improvement processes to ensure compliance with RFBI policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and allocate audit tools to all staff to ensure regular auditing and monitoring of aged care standards.
  • Manage and maintain the quality management system.
  • Support the audit process and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Onboard new staff and coordinate compulsory competencies and education.
  • Monitor compliance and record all education on the training database.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive clinical experience within an aged care/health care setting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • High level communication skills.

You must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check (AFP Code 22) and be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment to be considered for this position. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
