Civil Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in the smooth delivery of civil services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the operations manager in mentoring and guiding the team.
  • Promote collaboration across departments (e.g., Finance, Commercial, SHEQ).
  • Become the primary point of contact for clients, positively representing our brand and values.
  • Support the finance team in maintaining project status.
  • Develop innovative solutions and implement best practices to support strategic objectives.
  • Monitor daily civil works delivery and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track performance indicators, budgets, and contractual compliance.
  • Identify operational risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare draft reports and updates for review by the operations manager.
  • Coordinate resources to meet work plans and schedules.
  • Support initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Represent our organization positively in interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide assistance with subcontractor management.
  • Support governance, commercial, regulatory, and industrial obligations.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in operations management or project leadership.
  • Desirable: Water industry experience, Diploma in Project Management, Engineering qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical.
