Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Collection Systems User Support Officer.

This exciting opportunity will see you play a critical role in the coordination and operation of the Museum's Collection Systems, particularly through providing system user support and develop, maintain and deliver training programs for Axiell EMu and Piction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Provide system user support and develop, maintain and deliver training programs for Axiell EMu and Piction.
  • Training Delivery: Equip Museum staff with skills in both general use and specific business processes.
  • Documentation Development: Develop and maintain associated training documentation including manuals and data entry guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the systems to improve business processes and efficiencies.
  • Data Management: Assist with data cleaning and work associated with data migration, and the publication of records onto the Museum's online catalogue, Collection Explorer.
