This is a challenging opportunity to work as a Community Manager in a dynamic organization. We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, creative writing capabilities, and strong organizational skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media platform usage and culture, as well as knowledge of social media trends and demographics.
- Maintaining social media presence and scheduling posts that uphold the company's brand and public voice.
- Distribution and scheduling of all digital content.
- Moderating intra-community disputes and engaging with audience members on social media.
- Assisting the memberships manager in ideation, production, and release of membership rewards.
- Managing communication across multiple stakeholders, including the executive team and department leads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our online community, ensuring it remains a positive and engaging space for our members.
